Manufacturer Spares

Every bike contains components that are unique to that particular bike manufactuer.  A good bike shop will carry these as standard.  This is what makes or breaks a bike shop, both on the high street or online.  Before you buy a bike ask to see what spares they have in store or check out their website.  If they dont carry spares then expect to be waiting a long time when something small needs replacing.
