Derailliers or Mechs as they are commonly known are essential to the smooth running of your mountain bike drivetrain and swift gear selection for the maximum performance.

We have added Chain Devices to this section of our website too as they also contribute to the efficiency of your transmission and help to keep your chain in place, especially when you have opted to remove your front mech.

There is a vast choice available from the main two deraillier and mech manufacturers, Sram and Shimano.  From basic X7 or SLX which offer good performance for the price to the top of the range X0, XX and XTR which come at a premium for the finest shifting available.
